Jammu: Rank piping ceremony of recently promoted Sub Inspectors (SIs) was on Friday held at JKAP 6th Bn. Behra, Mendhar.
The promoted officers were decorated with new ranks by Suram Singh, SSP, Commandant, JKAP 6th Bn. alongwith SP Mohd Farooq Khan, Adjutant, who expressed happiness over their promotion.
On the occasion, Commandant JKAP 6th Bn. congratulated the newly promoted SIs including Mohd Nazir, Mohd Younis, Mohd Naseeb, Abdul Manan, Mohd Shabir and Mohd Sadiq of this unit and their family. He also wished them bright service career ahead & advised to continue doing work with more enthusiasm and highest degree of dedication.
During the colourful ceremony, the newly promoted officers expressed their gratitude towards Police department for conferring their next rank and timely promotion. They also pledged to work with same zeal and enthusiasm.
Commandant said that each elevation comes with more responsibility and challenges to the working assignments and hoped that the officers would continue to work with Zeal and Zest as Sub-Inspector in the future as well. He wished them good luck for the future.
