Srinagar/Jammu In the ongoing Chinar Premier League organized by Mehboob Ul Alam Sports at Country Inn Stadium Garoota Jammu two matches played today.
First Match:
In the morning session the first match was played between JCC Hawal and Alamdaar CC Kakpora. Toss won by JCC Hawal elected to bat first and set a target of 141 in 20 overs. In reply Alamdaar CC managed 111 runs only. From JCC Hawal it was muteeb who scored crucial 45 runs and was declared player of the match.
Second Match:
Second match was played between Shopian Sport’s and BCC Shangus. Toss won by Sangus elected to bat first and set a target of 111 in 20 overs. In reply Shopian sports won the match comprehensively by 10 wickets From Shopian it was Umer who made 69*not out and was declared player of the match.
Khan Raja was the commentator and Mohammad Faisal Scorer.
On conclusion of Pool A, B & C league matches, the following qualify for Quarter Finals.
Pool A Shining Star Pampore Super Star Kakapora
Pool B-Tral Hunters Royal Strikers Mirbazar / MACC (NRR).**
Pool C-Shopian Sports JCC Tigers Hawal
Decisions on of Pool D match from Monday 12th December. Quarters will be played in that pool also (if required). Quarter Final on 15th & 16th December.
