Srinagar: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Security, J&K, presented Special Commendation Certificate (SCC) with cash reward of Rs 5000 to Rydhum Ganjoo, daughter of Inspector (S) Rakesh Ganjoo of security wing for her commendable achievement in securing first position in Class XII (Science stream) through Central Board of Secondary Education under Roll NO.13622501.
