Srinagar: Authorities in Indian System of Medicine (ISM) Kupwara on Thursday described the allegations of illegal appointments as baseless.
A news channel had reported that the officers of the ISM Kupwara have made illegal appointments of Chowkidars and other employees at various dispensaries in the district.
Assistant Medical Officer, ISM, Kupwara in his report to higher ups said that the report is baseless and unfounded.
“Some mischievous elements of the department actually are hell bent to malign the image of the department for their vested interests. There is no truth in reports about illegal appointments in the department,” the officer said.
