Srinagar: Authorities on Monday announced summer vacations for all departments at Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) from July 06.
The vacations are scheduled from July-06 to July 13.
“The summer vacation will be observed in the University and in associated colleges from 06-07-2022 till 13-07-2022. However, examinations, outside internships and other similar necessary academic activities shall be conducted as per schedule,” Deputy Director IUST said in a communiqué
“The Deans, Directors, Heads, Principals, In-charge Heads and Coordinators may ensure that the Departments, Colleges and Centres are open during summer vacations for administrative work.”
Notably, amid the heat wave, the Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department earlier on Friday announced summer vacation from July-04 to July-14 in winter zones of Kashmir division. (KNO)
