‘Two tractors seized, FIR registered against two boat owners’
Srinagar: District administration Kupwara has asked the people not to use the Briyaripora foot bridge for vehicle movement or face stern action.
Locals of the area had appealed the authorities to close the bridge for the vehicular movement.
DMO Kupwara in his report submitted to higher ups said that they have seized two tractors from the spot in last two weeks and FIR against two boat owners stands registered.
“Further directions have been given to the public not to use the bridge for vehicle movement or strict action will be taken against the delinquent,” DMO said.
