Muzaffarnagar (UP): Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat on Wednesday said that to end unrest like situation across the globe it is necessary that India become the Vishwa Guru (world leader) and every citizen should participate in it.
Bhagwat attended the 65th annual function of Shri Krishna temple at Durgapuri locality in Khatauli some 24 kilometres from Muzaffarnagar as the chief guest. He said that progress can be made only by eliminating the difference or caste and creed, high and low.
He said that the society should remain united and move ahead unitedly. He said that threats come on religion, the wicked and the unrighteous attack, but in such times it is necessary to be succulent with power.
Sarsanghchalak said that instead of as far as possible, make doing maximum a habit. He said that go to temples, listen to saints and protect dharma with behaviour. He said that service is a part of religion and helping others is service.
Bhagwat said that to know the truth it is necessary for a man to be pure. He said that preaching of any sect is beneficial and the ego will go away by listening to saints.
He said that every citizen should become a participant so that India becomes a world leader. He said that there is no doubt that unrest in the world will end once India becomes the world leader.
He said that there was a time when apart from religion, employment, art and education were also conducted in temples, but the foreigners destroyed our power first. (UNI)
