Thiruvananthapuram: Russia will allow MBBS students, who fled war-torn Ukraine, to complete their courses in its universities, Roman Babushkin, Deputy Chief of Mission, Russian Embassy in India, said on Sunday.
Addressing a press conference here, the diplomat said his country will make necessary arrangements for the students, who discontinued their courses in Ukraine due to war, to complete their education in Russian universities.
A preliminary discussions in this regard was held with NORKA-Roots, a public sector undertaking of the department of Non-Resident Keralites Affairs, in Thiruvananthapuram.
The students from Kerala can approach the Russian embassy in Thiruvananthapuram to complete the process in this regard, he added. (UNI)
