Gbl, Kulgam admin appoint Nodal officers to address grievances of migrant, other employees

Anantang admin constitutes dedicated cell to resolve issues pertaining to minorities

Srinagar: The administration in two Kashmir districts including Kulgam and Ganderbal here have appointed Nodal Officers to listen to the grievances of the migrant, SC, ALC, Prime Minister Package and other employees.

Moreover, the Anantnag administration has also constituted a dedicated cell for resolution of issues pertaining to minorities in Kashmir.

According to the orders issued by Ganderbal and Kulgam, the authorities have appointed Chief Planning Officers, Irfan Ahmad Giri and Zahid Sajad respectively as Nodal Officers, asking them to reach out to the grievances and other issues of these employees and shall appraise the undersigned on daily basis.

“If anyone wants to register the grievance regarding any issue among these employees cam contact at 0194-2416423 email address [email protected],” reads the order issued by Ganderbal admin.

The employees (PM package, Migrant, SC, ST, Rajput, other) from Kulgam district can reach the Nodal officer at 7006884411 email [email protected].

However, a separate order issued by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, reads that a dedicated cell for resolution of issues pertaining to minorities in Kashmir valley has been constituted under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Anantnag, Ghulam Hasan Sheikh (JKAS), who can be contacted on 9419342881.

Members of minority community facing any difficulty or having any issue can contact the designated officer on dedicated email id [email protected] or can register his/her grievances on the following telephone numbers in the form of voice calls/whatsapp/letters/emails etc.

Pertinently, some government employees and a private banker were killed in Kashmir parts, creating fear psychosis among the minorities in the Valley, who demanded their safe postings and also secure atmosphere. (KNO)
