Srinagar: Municipal committee authorities from Bandipora on Tuesday said that they are exploring the possibility of shifting of garbage from Sumo stand Bandipora to some other location.
Locals in a section of the press had complained of severe inconvenience due to garbage dumping in the auto stand.
Statement issued by MCB said that one corner of the auto stand is a temporary garbage collection point which is cleared by municipal council Bandipora by 9 am on a daily basis.
Tehsildar , the statement said, also inspected the spot and exhorted upon the concerned not to dump garbage beyond given timings.
