Srinagar: Health authorities on Tuesday said that the space for the CT scan machine has been allocated on the ground floor of the district hospital Bandipora.
The statement issued by the authorities said that the project stands approved and is in the pipeline.
“The machine is expected to be installed soon,” the statement issued by medical superintendent DH Bandipora said in a statement.
A local daily had reported that CT scan at the hospital awaits installation for two years despite being approved.
Following the report authorities had sought factual reports from health authorities of the district.
