Jammu: Three persons were killed and six injured when a taxi they were travelling in met with an accident and fell into a gorge on Thursday in Reasi District of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police said that the passenger taxi was on its way from Tukson to Mahore when it met with an accident near Angralla.
Police, army and locals immediately launched the rescue operation and shifted the injured to the hospital at Mahore.
Three persons died in the mishap and were identified as Gulam Mohi-ud-Din (35), Shabir Ahmed (45) and Mohammad Yousaf (35), all residents of Tukson. Police however, have taken cognizance.
