Srinagar: Authorities of Jal Shakti Department Kupwara on Monday said that the inhabitants of Manthpora Kupwara were not getting regular water supply due to the depletion of existing water source.
The statement issued by the executive engineer said that the water is now being tapped from another source and public shall be provided with safe drinking water.
“The said scheme is ongoing under languishing program,” the statement said.
The statement said that the water is also supplied through tanker service in the area.
