Srinagar : The authorities have started snow clearance on Bijaldara Jabdi road in Karna Tehsil of district Kupwara.
The snow clearance was started on the road on Tuesday after the issue was highlighted by a section of print media. A local daily had reported that Bijaldara Jabdi village remains out of bound due for last two weeks due to the non-clearance of snow.
Taking note of the report, authorities on Tuesday said that the snow clearance on the road has started.
“As reported by executive engineer PMGSY , Kupwara , the work for snow clearance is under process and will be completed within two days,” the statement by the authorities said.
