Srinagar : Power Development Department officials on Thursday said that they have repaired the electric pole which was damaged during recent snowfall in Chanaora electric sub-division.
Executive engineer , KPDCL , ED 2nd Rajbagh in a letter to the nodal officer , Lt. governor’s grievance cell has reported that the electric pole that was damaged due to recent snowfall has been replaced by new 9m ST pole.
The officer in the letter has further reported that the restoration work has been completed and power supply has been restored to the consumers of the area.
The governor’s grievance cell had sought report from the concerned authorities after the issue was highlight by a section of print media.
