Jammu: A businessman allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with his 12 bore licensed rifle in Basholi area of Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir, police here said on Sunday.
Police said that the victim a chemist shop owner identified as Anil Kumar of Mahanpur on Saturday evening allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with 12 bore rifle.
“He shot himself in a field, few metres away from his house,” police said.
They said that a case has been registered and investigation is in progress. (UNI)
