BJP works for people’s welfare, not for votes: Ashok Koul

Srinagar: Asserting that his party is working for people’s welfare and not for votes, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) General Secretary (Org), J&K, Ashok Koul on Wednesday said his party would continue the work and provide support to poor people.

“As many as 250 food kits were distributed among needy… BJP’s public popularity is the result of proper implementation of welfare and public empowerment oriented schemes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. India has witnessed corruption free governance after decades. The PM’s programmes and schemes are meant for weaker sections of society, privileged and deprived class of society,” Mr Koul said after distributing food kits in Rathpora and Eidgah areas of Srinagar.

He said BJP is determined to serve the suffering humanity and continue their services for needy. “The party would continue the work and provide support to poor people,” he added.
