Srinagar: Senior Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leaders on Monday felicitated party leaders, who were recently given new tasks.
The leaders were felicitated by PDP Vice President Abdul Rehman Veeri and General Secretary Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura.
Those who were facilitated include Haji Parvez Ahmed District president Srinagar, Rouf Bhat Amira Kadal constituency incharge, Arif Laigroo Youth Coordinator Central Kashmir.
Both leaders congratulated them and urged them to work hard for the party. The leaders who were felicitated assured that they work with the dedication and for the wellbeing of the party at the grass roots level.
During the facilitation ceremony, Abdul Hamid Kosheen, Ghulam Mohidin Wachi, Dr Ali Muhammad, Abdul Qayoom Bhat, Manzoor Ahmed DDC Khonmov, all zonal presidents of Srinagar and others were also present on the occassion.
Meanwhile, Laigaroo, Bhat and Pervez thanked PDP President Mehbooba Mufti for posing trust on them. They assured Mehbooba Mufti that they will leave no stone unturned in strengthening the party.
