Srinagar: A meeting of District Development Council (DDC) members of Kashmir was held at Srinagar on Thursday.
As per a statement, a working committee was constituted by all the participants, which will take up various issues of DDCs with the government and related departments.
The body was constituted including Advocate Zahoor Ahmad Magray DDC Natnuusa as president of the forum and S Aurat Singh and Anatullah Rather as General Secretary Aijaz Ahmad Mir, and Gulzar Ahmad Dar, Samia Jaan, Advocate Qurat Bashir as Vice Presidents Dr Harbakash Singh as Spokesperson, Raja Waheed as Additional Spokesperson and Abdul Qayoom Mir as Treasurer and Shabir Ahmad Lone, Muzaffar Ahmad as Secretary and others as executive members of the forum.
