Govt nominates Admin Secys as I/charge Secys for districts

Srinagar: The government Wednesday nominated Administrative Secretaries as In-charge Secretaries for the Districts.

Arun Kumar Mehta, Financial Commissioner, Finance Department was made In-charge Secretary for Srinagar district; Atal Duiloo, Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department was made In-charge Secretary for Anantnag district; Shaleen Kabra, Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department was made In-charge Secretary for Reasi district; Bipul Pathak,  Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj was made In-charge Secretary for Udampur district; Dheeraj Gupta,  Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing & Urban Development Department was made In-charge Secretary for Budgam district;  Asgar Hassan Samoon,  Principal Secretary to the Government, Skill Development Department was made In-charge Secretary for Badipora district;  Navin Kumar Choudhary, Principal Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production & Farmers Welfare Department was made In-charge Secretary for Baramulla district;  Rohit Kansal, Principal Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department was made In-charge Secretary for Pulwama district;  Shailendra Kumar,  Principal Secretary to the Government, PW(R&B) Department was made In-charge Secretary for Doda district;  Ranjan P Thakur,Principal Secretary to the Government, Industries & Commerce Department was made In-charge Secretary for Shopian district; Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department was made In-charge Secretary for Kathua district;  Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment was made In-charge Secretary for Rajouri district;

B.K. Singh, Administrative Secretary, School Education Department was made In-charge Secretary for Kishtwar district;  M. Raju,  Commissioner/Secretary to the Government,  Jal Shakti Department was made In-charge Secretary for Jammu district;  Sheetal Nanda,       Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department was made In-charge Secretary for Ganderbal district;  Simrandeep Singh, Secretary to the Government, Department  of Disaster Management,            Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction was made In-charge Secretary for Kulgam district;  Shahid Iqbal Choudhary,  Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department was made In-charge Secretary for Poonch district;  Sushma Chauhan, Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department was made In-charge Secretary for Samba district; Sarmad Hafeez,   Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department          was made In-charge Secretary for Kupwara district and Zubair Ahmad,  Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department  of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs was made In-charge Secretary for Ramban district.

The Chief Secretary will oversee District Planning Process in Jammu District.
