Srinagar: Senior National Conference leader and MP Justice (Retd) Hasnain Masoodi said People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) is fully committed to its agenda and the peace is not possible unless and until the decision taken on 05 August 2019 will be overturned.
“PAGD couldn’t meet due to Farooq Abdullah’s health issues,” Masoodi said after a meeting with office bearers in Anantnag.
He said PAGD will continue to fight for revocation of August 5 2019 decision.
“People don’t come on roads doesn’t mean peace is in Kashmir and people have accepted everything. Everyday, we hear about encounters. What is that? We believe peace will elude region unless August 5 2019 decisions are revoked. Government of India should introspect what they gained from revocation of Article 370,” Masoodi said.
He said NC has a clear position to restore pre-1953 postion in Jammu and Kashmir. (KNS)
