Poonch: At least three passengers received injuries after a vehicle they were on board met an accident at Jaghal area of Poonch district of Jammu division.
Reports reaching Srinagar-based news agency Global News Service (GNS) said that a Tata Sumo cab bearing registration number JK-12 1165 on way from Chaunga towards Mendhar turned turtle, resulting in injuries to three persons.
The injured trio has been identified as Mohammed Sadiq (70) son of Faqir Din Safaida Bi (45) wife of Mohammed Mushtaq both residents of Chunngan and Mohammed Jameel son of Bader Din (62) resident of Bhatidar.
All the injured have been evacuated to Sub-District Hospital Mendhar for treatment.
Meanwhile Block Medical Officer Mendhar Dr. Parvaiz Ahmad Khan has confirmed of receiving the injured trio at the health facility.
“All of them are responding well to the treatment”, the official said. (GNS)
