Srinagar: ‘Systems of Governance’ – a book by Faisal Abbas published by Fresh Code Books was released on 26th March 2021.
The book was released at a grand function held at Academy of Art and Culture, Lal Mandi which was attended by several dignitaries, and members of literary circles in Kashmir. The Chief Guests of the event were the journalist Nazir Ganaie – Senior editor at Greater Kashmir and Azra Mufti – Author and Research Scholar while the event was moderated by Roshan Mir.
Speaking on the occasion Nazir Ganaie congratulated the author, and said “It is heartening to see that our authors are branching into other fields other than literature and fiction. I am sure this book will be useful to scholars and students of the field of governance.” Azra Mufti also felicitated the author, and spoke highly about the book saying, “It is an important piece of scholarship that will establish a serious and effective conversation in the field of administrative studies.”
The author also spoke about his journey and expressed gratitude to various people who helped him in the course of writing and publishing.
