Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday recorded 84 new cases of COVID-19.
Of the new cases, 16 were reported from Jammu division and 68 from Kashmir division. With the fresh cases, the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 1,25,867.
Moreover, 63 more COVID-19 patients recovered and were discharged from various hospitals including 7 from Jammu division and 56 from Kashmir division.
According to the daily medical bulletin regarding COVID-19, out of 1,25,867 positive cases, 721 are Active Positive, 1,23,192 have recovered and 1,954 have died; 725 in Jammu division and 1,229 in Kashmir division.
The bulletin further said that out of 50,18,612 test results available, 48,92,745 samples have tested negative till February 21.
Till date 12,643,73 persons have been enlisted for observation which included 34,098 people in home quarantine including facilities operated by the government, 721 in isolation and 11,190,76 under home surveillance.
Besides, 11,190,76 persons have completed their surveillance period.
