Srinagar: The Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) of the United States Department of State Wednesday welcomed the resumption of 4G mobile internet services in Jammu and Kashmir.
The SCA welcomed the restoration of 4G service in J&K on its official Twitter handle.
“We welcome the resumption of 4G mobile internet in India’s Jammu & Kashmir. This marks an important step for local residents and we look forward to continued political & economic progress to restore normalcy in J&K,” reads the Tweet.
The Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs deals with U.S. foreign policy and U.S. relations with the countries of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
