Srinagar, Jan 13: Suspected militants on Wednesday lobbed a grenade towards CRPF party in Rainawari area of Srinagar.
Police officials said militants lobbed a grenade towards CRPF party from 21 battalion outside Chatti Padhsahi Gurudwara here in Rainawari in the afternoon.
However, no loss of life or injury was reported in the grenade attack.
Immediately after the grenade attack, police and paramilitary personnel rushed to the spot and launched search operation to track down the attackers.
