Baramulla, Jan 1: A pedestrian was hit and killed by a speedy vehicle in this north Kashmir district on Friday, official sources said.
They said a cab hit a pedestrian identified as Bashir Ahmad Lone, a resident of Kreeri, at Pattan on Srinagar-Baramulla road. The injured was immediately rushed to hospital where he was declared brought dead.
Police has registered a case and started investigation.
