Srinagar: A biker died on spot after being hit by a vehicle on Srinagar-Nowgam Bypass on Friday late evening.
Police sources said a Tavera Vehicle (JL01M/5869) hit a motor-cycle (JK01AK/3138) driven by one Irfan Aijaz Khan, a resident of Aribagh Nowgam. Though the biker died on spot yet he was shifted to hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
A case in this has been registered at police station Nowgam while vehicle has been seized. (KNT)
