Srinagar, Dec 1: In the ongoing second phase of District Development Council (DDC) elections, over 23 per cent voting was recorded till 11:00 AM across Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), 15.64 per cent voting was recorded in Kashmir till 11:00 AM while 32.54 per cent polling was recorded in Jammu division.
Official figures revealed that 23.67 voting was recorded across Jammu and Kashmir till 11:00 AM.
