Srinagar, Oct 21: A truck conductor was killed and driver and two soldiers were injured in a road accident at Zojila on Srinagar-Leh highway, official sources said.
They said a truck on way to Srinagar from Drass in Ladakh region skidded off the road and hit an Army vehicle injuring two soldiers. Truck conductor identified as Abdul Wahid Khan was killed and driver Mohammad Saleem Reshi was injured. He was rushed to hospital in Srinagar, they said.
Police has registered a case and initiated proceedings, they added.
