Srinagar, Oct 18: An Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of Central Reserve Police Force was injured in a grenade attack by suspected militants on Sunday at Tral bus stand in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
A senior official told KNS that militants lobbed a grenade towards the mobile bunker of CRPF party of 180 BN in which one ASI of CRPF received splinter injuries. He was immediately rushed to nearby hospital for further treatment.
Entire area was cordoned off to the nab the attackers, he said.
