Srinagar, Oct 18: A 10-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a relative in north Kashmir district of Kupwara, official sources said here on Sunday.
They said a person on Saturday evening lodged a complaint in a police station that his daughter was allegedly raped by his cousin at Haihama in Kupwara. “A complaint was registered and the accused was immediately taken into custody,” they said.
They said that police has initiated investigation into the allegations.
