Anantnag, Oct 7: A woman was killed after she was hit by a motorcyclist in this south Kashmir district on Wednesday, official sources said.
They said a woman identified as Sajan Begum was critically wounded when a motorcyclist hit her at Brariangan Achabal in Anantnag today. She was rushed to district hospital where she was referred to S K Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar. However, doctors declared her brought dead, they said.
Police has registered a case and started investigation, they added.
