It is all about making the right choice when it comes eating healthy.

Muesli instead of paratha for breakfast: While we all love parathas, they have a lot of calories. Eating them on a regular basis can lead to a series of health problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and obesity. That’s why switching the paratha with muesli is a wise option. Muesli is essentially a mix of rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and a bunch of dried fruits. It is not only delicious when paired with toned milk or low-fat yoghurt, muesli is also a great source of nutrition.

Green tea instead of regular tea/coffee: We often don’t realise how much sugar we consume daily through our tea and coffee. High intake of sugar can increase the risk of diabetes, obesity and heart diseases. It is also bad for our skin, hair and teeth. Switching regular tea/coffee with green tea is the right way to go. Rich in antioxidants, green tea has many health benefits, from weight loss to reduced risk of cancer.

Olive oil instead of regular cooking oil: Olive oil has loads of heart-protective polyphenols that lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Packed with a generous amount of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, this miraculous oil is also known to improve brain health and cure depression. Moreover, it has anti-inflammatory properties and contains mono-saturated fatty acids that aid weight loss by boosting metabolism. With so many health benefits to offer, you should definitely replace your regular cooking oil with olive oil.

Stevia instead of sugar: Stevia is a popular plant-based, carb-free and calorie-free alternative to sugar. Unlike artificial sweeteners, it is extracted from the leaves of a plant called Stevia rebaudiana. It is much sweeter than sugar and a small amount is sufficient. Taking stevia instead of sugar can promote weight loss as it essentially packs no calories. However, it is crucial to choose the right stevia as many brands add artificial sweeteners and fillers.

A2 cow ghee instead of regular ghee: Ghee is an indispensable part of any Indian kitchen. From using it as a seasoning for Biryani to putting it on chapatis, ghee is perhaps one of the most used ingredients. But, there are several reasons why you must replace your regular ghee with A2 cow ghee. Easier to digest, A2 cow ghee is loaded with Vitamin A, which is good for eyes. Since it contains essential fatty acids, it also helps in maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. Additionally, A2 cow ghee is Keto-friendly and maintains general immunity.
