Srinagar, June 8 : The death toll due to COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir rose to 44 as Handwara man became fresh victim of this deadly virus.
A health official told news agency KINS, A 65 year old man from Handwara village lost his life due to COVID-19 at Srinagar hospital.
With this fresh death toll rises to 44 in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Pertinently, this is third death due to COVID-19 in a single day today, earlier CRPF trooper who was posted at South Kashmir district and a 35 year old man from Khaniyar Srinagar died due to this virus.
