Srinagar, May 2: Two militants were killed in a gunfight with security forces in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.
A police spokesman said that Security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the Dangerpora area this morning. “The CASO culminated into an encounter, which continued till afternoon. In the gunfight two militants were killed,” he added.
A house in which militants were holed up was also destroyed in the gun battle.
