Srinagar, feb 13:While delivering key note address at Journalism Summit, “8th Global Festival of journalism organized by International journalism centre and AAFT university of Media & Art, in Delhi, Khawaja Farooq Renzushah, chairman Kashmir Society international, emphasised for erasing radical thoughts, hate, and bigotry from field of journalism if true character of high values of Civilization are to be safeguarded.

He said Kashmir too is name of proud civilization with its 5k years of paramount spiritual track record. He said Great Sufi saints like Hazrat Bulbulshah RA, & Hazrat Amir Kabir RA, shaped it’s composit and Sufi character which are our true identities.

The same facts have been endorsed even by Prime Minister of the country recently in Parliament, therefore those journalists who are obsessed with hate, bigotry and aggressive posture of demeaning entire majority of Kashmir are doing no service to Nation.

We have to protect our spiritual identities and no power on earth can erase historical importance of same. He said Hate virus is more dangerous and fatal epidemic as compared to corona virus, as it has potential to destroy.

He said at present when every tweet, every blog, and every social media message has enabled Lacs of people to attain status of being citizen journalists, extraordinary caution is required to be taken to communicate any opinion.

He said time has come that we all should adopt one common minimum programme at society level, based on human love and mutual respectability. Let this Global Media Summit become launching platform for imbibing the spirit of love and mutual cohesiveness.
He said there are no two opinions that captivating beauty of Kashmir, unique in world, has elevated to supreme heights of being spiritual paradise on earth where tranquillity should be permanent feature.

Therefore it is responsibility of all journalists throughout world to take pragmatic steps in promoting idea of making Kashmir more developed than Dubai through sustained process of Kashmir Development.

He said important portion of world’s best economic route called Silk route, historically belongs to Kashmir and its reprieve can boost revival of its economic as well as spiritual glory.

The president and chancellor of AAFT university of Media & Art, Sandeep Marwah first scout of India and president of Festival also conferred prestigious Award to Renzushah on the occasion. Albeena Abbas narrated citation of Renzushah about his achievements in field of Media and journalism.

Sanjay Singh Baghel, Media expert New Delhi, Helmet man Ragh vender Kumar, Dr. Poonam Arora, professor from Grinnell college USA, Paresh Rughani, prof. In house of Commons London and renowned international Motivational Speaker, Vijay Trivedi sr. Journalist NDTV, Rajesh Badal senior journalist Rajya Sabha TVAnooo Bose, Legal Advisor, international Business & supreme Court Lawyer Dr. Lella Mostofi, founder Samt, VMC, Iran, Anca Verma, Business Philanthropist, Richard Turner Media Historian, and other highly prominent members of Media, Film fraternities were present.
