Srinagar, Apr 12: A head of a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) has tested positive for COVID-19 in Kashmir.
Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Shahid Iqbal Choudary tweeted: “We are sorry to learn about NGO head testing positive for COVID. This should settle a lot of controversy on social media about intentions of adm (Administration) behind regulation of NGOs in present circumstances.”
