Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu on Thursday appealed to people to donate to Jammu and Kashmir Relief Fund to tackel COVID-19.
In a message here, Murmu said, “The Country is facing an unprecedented challenge with communities and economies everywhere affected by the growing COVID-19 pandemic”.
He said that the world is coming together to combat the COVID-19 pandemic bringing governments, organisations from across industries and sectors and individuals together to help respond to this global outbreak.
“Please support and donate towards J&K Relief Fund,” said the LG.
