Police prevent six youth from joining militancy in Budgam

Budgam:  Police in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district have handed over six youth to their respective families who were intending to join militant ranks.

  A police official told Kashmir News Trust that a couple of days ago they arrested at least six youth from Magam area who were trying to join militant ranks.

    “They are all young and were influenced by militant narratives. We counseled them and today handed them over to their families,” he said. (KNT)
