Srinagar: Chairman Police Recruitment Board (PRB) for 02 Women Battalions has informed all those candidates hailing from Jammu province and who have qualified physical endurance Test/ Physical Standard Test (PET/PST) for the post of Constable in 02 Women Battalions of J&K Police Advertised vide PHQ J&K advertisement notice issued under endst. No. No.Pers-Rectt-A-22/2019/2474-99 dated 11.01.2022 and have failed to produce any of their original testimonials that they can now produce their deficient documents before the Police Recruitment Board (PRB) in order to make good their deficiencies from 28.05.2022 to 13.06.2022 in the office of Commandant Ist. Women Battalion APHQ Jammu (Gulshan Ground) during office hours on all working days.
The notification also informs all those candidates who had earlier qualified PET/PST in pursuance to PHQ J&K advertisement notice issued under endst. No. No.Pers-Rectt-A-22/2019/16251-300 dated 09.03.2019 and are in possession of NCC (A,B,C) certificate / any reserved category certificate in pursuance of SO.127 of 2020 dated 20.04.2020 can also change their categories and produce their desired reserved category certificates i.e. Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe(ST), Economically Weaker Section(EWS), Pahari Speaking People(PSP), Social Caste(OSC), Resident of BackWard Area(RBA), Line of Actual Control(ALC), International Border(IB) and NCC certificate issued by the competent authority.
Those candidates who had qualified PET/PST under SPO/VHG categories in response to PHQ J&K advertisement issued under endst. No. Pers-Reett-A-22/2019/16251-300 dated 09.03.2019 but could not produce their service certificate, can also now produce their valid SPO/VHG certificates.
Those candidates who after having qualified PET/PST in response to PHQ J&K advertisement notification issued under endst. No. Pers-Reett-A-22/2019/16251-300 dated 09.03.2019 had not produced their permanent resident certificates (PRCS) can now produce their valid Domicile certificates issued by the competent authority.
The candidates belonging to district Jammu can produce their deficient documents w.e.f 28.05.2022 to 31.05.2022 while the candidates belonging to district Kathua can produce their deficient documents w.e.f 01.06.2022 to 02.06.2022. The candidates belonging to district Samba can produce their deficient documents on 03.06.2022 to 04.06.2022 while the candidates belonging to district Reasi, Udhampur can produce their deficient documents w.e.f 06.06.2022 to 07.06.2022. The candidates belonging to district Kishtwar, Doda and Ramban can produce their deficient documents w.e.f 08.06.2022 to 09.06.2022. Similarly the candidates belonging to district Poonch and Rajouri can produce their deficient documents w.e.f 10.06.2022 to 13.06.2022.
The candidates are further advised to secure their entry from the main gate of PHQ Jammu. The candidates should ensure to stick to the day wise schedule.
