Takes stock of arrangements in view of forthcoming SANJY-2022
Srinagar: DIG CKR Sujit Kumar-IPS along with SSP Ganderbal Nikhil Borkar-IPS visited Transit Camp Manigam and held a meeting with Police officers of District Ganderbal to take stock of arrangements made with regard to the forthcoming SANJY-2022.
During the meeting, detailed arrangements and security review of all locations enroute including Transit camp Manigam was discussed in detail. Senior officers also reviewed traffic management for smooth passage of Yatra convoys and availability of parking places.
Moreover, SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS, briefed in detail about security arrangements to be put in place on yatra route and Transit camp Manigam for smooth upcoming Yatra-2022.
Further, DIG CKR directed all the officers to maintain the highest level of alertness and ensure proper access control and all necessary facilities to Yatries at transit and Base camps.
