Militants attack security forces party in Pulwama

Srinagar, Jan 22: Militants attacked a security forces party on Tuesday in south Kashmir district of Pulwama.
Official sources said that militants fired at a security force party at Pahu in Pulwama on Tuesday afternoon.
“The security forces retaliated ensuing in a brief exchange of fire,” they said, adding the militants later managed to escape from the spot.
Additional security forces have been rushed to the area and a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) has been launched to nab the attackers. “No one was injured in the attack,” they added.
