Baramulla, Sep 2: Fire broke out in a receiving station building Mohra in north Kashmir Baramulla on Sunday afternoon.
Reports said that the fire started in one of the rooms in the building and spread quickly to the other rooms and later engulfed whole building.
Several documents and furniture were gutted in the fire reports said, soon after the fire local volunteers living in the area and fire tenders from Uri; Baramulla reached the spot and tried to douse off the flames.
As per reports the fire receiving station which is close to the building on the fire did not suffer any damages.
Meanwhile, a probe was underway to determine the cause of fire.
A case has been registered into the incident to ascertain the cause of fire police official said.
