Cooperate with authorities to combat COVID-19: Omar to people

Srinagar, Apr 10: As the upward spiral of Coronavirus cases continued in Kashmir, former J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah on Friday appealed people to cooperate with authorities so that the spread of the infection can be controlled without further loss of life.
National Conference vice-president said it is reassuring that there is an increase in testing, contact tracing and greater vigilance.
’24 new cases of #Covid_19 in Kashmir. The reassuring thing is this the result of increased testing, greater vigilance & contact tracing. We must continue to cooperate with the local authorities so that the spread of this virus can be controlled without further loss of life,’ Omar wrote on micro-blogging site twitter.
