JAMMU, MARCH 02: Principal Secretary Animal & Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries departments, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, today directed the concerned to complete all the languishing projects of Animal & Sheep Husbandry departments before end of March this year.
He was speaking at a review meeting convened to take stock of progress on these languishing projects, so far.
The meeting was attended by Directors of Animal and Sheep Husbandry departments from both the divisions, Chief Animal Husbandry Officers and Chief Sheep Husbandry Officers of all the districts, Engineers from executing agencies like R&B, PHE and others were present in the meeting.Dr. Samoon impressed upon the concerned departments to accelerate the pace of work wherever required so that all the projects get completed well before the deadline of March. He asked the officials to visit the sites and remove the bottlenecks, if any, so that these projects are dedicated to public soon.Principal Secretary reviewed each of the projects and ascertained their current status from the concerned officers.
