Stop harassing business community: BJP to Bank

Srinagar: Bhartiya Janata Party Wednesday appealed Jammu Kashmir Bank to stop harassing business community of Kashmir Valley.

The party Election In-Charge for Kashmir, Asif Masood said that economy in Kashmir has already shattered due to prevailing situation and in such a situation, harassing businessmen is a ‘shameful’ act.

He told KNT that businessmen, traders, manufacturers, industrialists, hoteliers, transporters, houseboat owners, tour and travel operators, orchardists, farmers and all other allied sectors have suffered immensely while the need of the hour is that JK Bank should help them and stop taking assistance of police and Tehsildars for their harassment.

   “Government should come forward and help the ill-fated trade, tourism, horticulture, agriculture, handicrafts, commerce and industrial community of Kashmir. (KNT)
