Pakistan again violates ceasefire on LoC, India retaliates

Jammu, May 29: Indian Army on Wednesday effectively retaliated as Pakistani troops yet again violated the ceasefire by firing unprovoked on the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Pakistan violated ceasefire along the Line of Control this morning in Shahpur sector of Poonch,” official sources here said.
They said that in the last 24 hours, Pakistan violated the truce agreement four times on LoC and IB.
“Indian Army is strongly retaliated to the intermittent firing to cross border firing,” they said.
On Tuesday Pakistan violated ceasefire in Shahpur sector of Poonch, Nowshera sector of Rajouri and Hiranagar sector of Kathua.
“However, no injury or damage has been reported so far in exchange of firing,” they added.
