BSF ASI injured as India, Pakistan armies trade fire along LoC in Poonch

Jammu, May 19: An assistant sub-inspector of the Border Security Force (BSF) was injured after the armies of India and Pakistan exchanged fire last night in KG sector of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The ASI, identified as Satyapal Singh, was injured after a shell fired from across the LoC landed on a forward post in Balnoi area of Krishna Ghati sector.
Singh was referred to Rajouri hospital for advanced treatment where his condition is said to be stable.
