South Kashmir youth shuns militancy, returns home: Police

Srinagar, May 5: The Jammu and Kashmir police on Sunday said that a youth from south Kashmir’s Pulwama district who had joined militancy returned back to his family.
Police in a tweet said that youth, whose name was not revealed, returned to the mainstream with the efforts of family and police.
“One more #youth from #Pulwama who was part of #terror outfit #JeM has #shunned the path of #violence & #returned to the #mainstream with the efforts of #family and #Police. His #identity is protected. We wish him #All the BEST. @JmuKmrPolice,” Police tweeted.
